Pacific InterWest begins construction draw processing by analyzing the client-provided schedule and verifying the construction stage(s) for all buildings under construction. Reporting is designed and approved by the Client and the lender/equity partner at the beginning of the project. PIW field personnel visit the jobsite and report on each building and common area under construction. Reporting is provided to the Client within two days of the field visit. If requested, photographs can be taken to verify the construction stages. Since every Client or lender has different requirements for the frequency of inspections, PIW provides a per-trip price and estimates a number of construction draw requests.
