Homeowners Association (HOA) Common Area Turnover Inspections

Ensure common areas are delivered correctly

When the project is completed and prior to the turnover from the general contractor or in-house construction team to the Homeowners Association (HOA), Pacific InterWest uses a pre-approved checklist to provide the Client with a final inspection, punch list, and documentation of the completed common facilities. The inspection involves representatives of your company and PIW. PIW provides the Client an inspection report describing any required remedial or completion actions required. When the remedial work has been completed, the Client returns the completed sign-off inspection list to PIW for reinspection and verification.
