The California Building Energy Efficiency Standards, also known as Title 24, establishes a minimum level of energy performance required for all residential and commercial buildings in the state, in an effort to reduce wasteful and unnecessary energy consumption. After a review of architectural floor plans and mechanical fixture schedules, Pacific InterWest performs energy calculations to determine energy efficiency. If sufficient, Pacific InterWest provides a Title 24 report to validate your design as compliant with Title 24.
