New homes under construction today have significant focus on energy efficiency. Depending on the results of the energy calculations for your Project, your building or units may require testing by a HERS Rater to verify the performance of the home’s energy efficiency.
PIW’s Home Energy Rating System (HERS) raters will verify the performance of the building’s energy efficiency. A HERS rater certified by CHEERS and Calcerts in California, and RESNET outside of California, will provide all the necessary testing, including:
