Beginning in the first year of occupancy and continuing every year through the 10-year liability period, Pacific InterWest inspectors perform non-destructive inspections of all common areas. The inspections are designed to alert the builder to any sign that either: (a) the Homeowners Association maintenance is not being carried out properly, or (b) certain elements that were part of the original construction are beginning to fail and need prompt attention. PIW provides the Client an inspection report describing any required remedial or completion actions required.
