Typically surveyed annually, Pacific InterWest inspectors perform non-destructive inspections of all public areas to alert the Owner to any sign that either: (a) the maintenance is not being carried out properly, or (b) certain elements that were part of the original construction are beginning to fail and need prompt attention. Final reporting containing photos and a full checklist of all elements inspected is delivered following the survey.
