Pacific InterWest completes an audit of the selected Exterior Elevated Elements to provide the Client information to estimate the cost of repairs. Prior to the audit, PIW visits the community to gather information regarding the overall condition of the Elements, previous repairs, and known conditions. PIW inspects a sampling of the Elements to the same standard as an SB721/SB326 inspection. The information gained from the site audit is used to create a report on the current condition of the Elements to support the Client’s repair budget efforts.
